About the project

Background

Developed with residents of the Warner Estate in Walthamstow, this project documented the social life and architecture of one of London’s distinctive planned housing developments. Through portrait photography and community collaboration, the work explored how a historic estate continues to shape everyday life.

Outcomes

The project produced a series of portraits and documentary photographs shown at Vestry House Museum. Working collaboratively with residents, it captured both historical memory and contemporary experience within the estate.
